About me

As a single mother of two boys, I know that working and juggling all that life throws at you isn’t easy. My children are grown up now but it hasn’t always been the smoothest ride. I’ve faced hard decisions and tough times but I’ve come out the other side with support of family, friends and attending counselling myself.

I am a passionate counselling professional with a diverse background in Childcare, Health, Mental Health & Addiction. I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotheraputic Counselling and have experience in working with Domestic Violence & Abuse, Addiction, Anxiety, Stress, Bereavement, Depression, Low Self Esteem & Relationship issues.

As an Accredited Member of The National Counselling Society I am bound by a strict code of ethics and backed by the Professional standards authority.
